Dmitriy has experience in the structuring and practical implementation of tax optimization schemes,including for major Ukrainian financial and industrial groups, Ukrainian and foreign investment companies.

Dmitriy is actively involved in the work of the Public Councils at the Finance Ministry of Ukraine and the parliamentary Tax and Customs Committee. He is the President of the Association of Tax Advisers, the Head of the Tax Committee at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Counsel to the Information Technologies Committee of the European Business Association.

With his growing clientele whom he has been advising on tax rules and disputes, Dmitry is ranked among Top 100 Best Tax Lawyers. Mr Mikhailenko’s team is ranked in The Legal 500 where it is praised for its “win-win approach to strategy”. Dmitry has authored several draft tax laws, five books and over 500 publications. He is a member of the editorial staff of the magazine The Accountant.

Olga has over 25 years of experience working in accountancy in various sectors of economy, such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, trade, and services.

Fields of expertise: tax law, international business structuring, investments in Ukraine and abroad, tax disputes. Vitaliy is a reputed expert in tax disputes with a high percentage of successfully resolved administrative and judicial appeal cases. He has experience in developing international business structuring models, organizing and performing tax audits to identify tax risks and avoid penalties.

He has authored numerous articles for periodicals (Tax and Accounting, Accountant 911, Construction Accounting, Accounting and Law, and others) and a number of books on accounting, taxation and law.

Vitaliy is a member of the Public Council at the State Fiscal Service and the head of the Chamber of Tax Advisers. He has also been the editor-in-chief of the magazine Accountant 911 since 2015.
