Our Chinese New Year celebrations included an energetic Lion Dance performance and the traditional 'Prosperity Toss' to wish each other good health and fortune. The celebrations ended with a delightful buffet dinner and refreshing drinks, fostering a sense of togetherness among colleagues.
Crowe Singapore gathered to celebrate the festive season with a lunch-in at the office! Everyone enjoyed Christmas-themed bento sets such as Yuletide Cranberry Glazed Chicken, Festive Coastal Paella, and ice cream for dessert. The celebrations continued with some tea time snacks and games like Charades and ‘ppopgi’, a popular Korean game involving the picking out a stamped shape from brittle candy – bringing joy and laughter to our Christmas festivities!
It was truly delightful to come together as a firm and celebrate the joy of the Christmas season!
Everyone at Crowe Singapore got to enjoy and learn more about traditional Indian snacks like Murukkus, Vadais and Samosas, as well as a popular Southeast Asian beverage, ‘Teh Tarik,’ also known as ‘pulled tea.’ It was a truly delightful way to embrace the spirit of the occasion, by coming together!
We were glad to be back at ISCA Run 2023! Held over the last weekend of September, our colleagues ran for a good cause and made a difference in support of ISCA Cares. Crowe Singapore was also a returning Gold Sponsor for this year's event, organised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Crowe Singapore marked the Mid-Autumn Festival with a delightful celebration in the office. Everyone enjoyed a diverse selection of traditional and novel mooncakes, complemented with specially-curated teas such as Lychee Oolong, Dong Ding Oolong and Honey Orchid Dancong Black Tea.
It is said that mooncakes are a symbol of unity and completeness. Hence, the celebration was a nice way for us to come together and enjoy each other's company.
In September 2023, members of our firm, along with friends and family, rallied in solidarity and support for individuals within our community affected by cancer in the Singtel-Singapore Cancer Society Race Against Cancer 2023 event.
Crowe Singapore rolled back the years with nostalgic food and games, as we continued our National Day celebrations at our office!
We began the morning with a selection of coffees and teas served by a barista, along with delicious waffles. In the afternoon, our colleagues got to enjoy traditional biscuits and ice cream too. Traditional games like 'Chapteh', a game that involves keeping a feathered shuttlecock in the air using the heel of the foot, and 'Snakes and Ladders', were also available for our colleagues to enjoy together. A trivia on Singapore was also held, and winners took home prizes which included nostalgic toys and games!
As the audit peak season winds down, and in appreciation of the hard work put in over the past months, Crowe Singapore’s Assurance department enjoyed a well-deserved opportunity to unwind in our office, get involved in team games, enjoy teatime delights, and cocktails served by a bartender!
At the very heart of the occasion was the celebration of our people who continue to elevate our firm and practice to new heights!
Celebrating fathers who lead by example, and inspire us with their dedication and love for their families - For Father's Day this year, Crowe Singapore gifted each father with a custom mug!
To all fathers who make a difference in and out of the office, we hope you have enjoyed your well-deserved appreciation day, filled with joy and laughter!
Celebrating the mothers in our Crowe family! This year, all mothers in our firm were each gifted a stalk of pink carnations representing love and gratitude, a box of Macarons, and a personalised card.
During a Latte Art Appreciation workshop at Crowe Singapore, a number of staff had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of what it is like to be a barista! The instructors explained the ingredients and processes that go into the making of latte art. They were also guided in the creation of their own Latte Art on their own cups of coffee!
Everyone at Crowe Singapore enjoyed a Malay traditional dish, Nasi Lemak, consisting of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, often paired with chicken, in the office. The breakfast was also complemented with a selection of freshly brewed coffees and teas that were prepared by experienced baristas.
Crowe Singapore celebrated the festive season with a teatime spread at the office! Everyone enjoyed seasonal beverages like hazelnut latte, peppermint chocolate, as well as Christmas brownies and macarons. We also enjoyed a local delicacy, ‘Ang Ku Kueh,’ a Chinese pastry made from glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around a sweet central filling in festive colours! It was a joyful way to celebrate the Christmas season as a firm!
We were delighted to be back at ISCA Run 2022! Crowe Singapore was also a returning Gold Sponsor for this year's event, organised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Despite the inclement weather, members of our firm participated in the Singtel-Singapore Cancer Society Race Against Cancer 2022 event, in solidarity and support of those in our community who have been diagnosed with cancer.
The Race Against Cancer event is a cause that continues to remain very close to our hearts over the years, and we are honoured to be a returning Gold sponsor for this year’s event, together with Horwath HTL Singapore.
