Siti Aisyah has over 20 years of experience in financial accounting and payroll administration as well as with at least 18 years’ experience in fund administration and fund accounting.
Her experience includes:
- Management and financial accounting to multi-national corporations and smaller enterprises, preparing financial statements in accordance with local and international financial standards, annual reports and financial reporting packages for management and board of directors.
- Involved in various consulting projects including transaction support and advisory assignments, due diligence exercises and valuation for financial reporting purposes.
- Over the last 18 years, Siti has also actively involved in fund accounting and administration services to private equity, fund of funds and hedge funds as well as investment trading companies.
