Her experience includes:
- Providing Management and financial accounting and reporting to clients from small and medium-sized enterprises to multi-national companies.
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with local and international financial reporting standards, annual reports, financial reporting packages for management and board of directors.
- Involved in various consulting projects including transaction support and advisory assignments, due diligence exercises and valuation for financial reporting purposes.
- Actively involved in fund accounting and administration services to hedge funds, private equity funds and fund of funds.
Liyan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting and Financial Management) Degree, conferred by the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
