His experience includes:
- Leading and managing statutory audits of various SGX listed companies.
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting framework between SFRS and PRC GAAP.
- Performing agreed upon procedures for acquisitions in private companies.
- Assisting PRC companies in debt and equity financing.
- Assisting in planning and conducting in-house trainings for the firm.
