Angeline Tan has more than 25 years of experience in the audit and financial consulting services, serving 5 years in the legacy Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, providing audit and financial consulting services to a broad range of clients in the manufacturing, trading, service and pharmaceutical industries. Angeline currently heads the Audit & Assurance Service of the firm and is concurrently the Quality Assurance Partner.
Her experience includes:
- Leading and managing statutory audits of various SGX listed companies.
- Hands-on experience in several IPO/Restructuring projects including reviews of historical financial information, proforma financial statements, profits and cash flow forecasts.
- Leading teams to perform due diligence reviews in connection with acquisition of companies in China and Singapore.
- Strong working knowledge of SFRS and IFRS, including understanding of the key differences in various reporting frameworks in different countries.
- Excellent technical competency, in-charge of technical matters of the firm and represents the firm in various international seminars.
- Experienced trainer in planning and conducting in-house trainings for the firm's audit professionals
Angeline is a practising, member, Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
She is a Panel Member of both the ISCA Voluntary Compliance Programme and the ISCA Investigation Committee. Angeline is also a member of ACRA's Complaints and Disciplinary Panel.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree with a minor in Business Law, from Nanyang Technological University.
