Preparation of the reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS)

The Act on Public Statistics obliges entities operating in Poland to report to the Central Statistical Office the data necessary to conduct statistical research. The obligation to report is determined by the industry and the number of employees, but it may also be determined by a random selection made by the Central Statistical Office (GUS).

Reporting is usually cyclical, and is conducted:

• monthly
• quarterly
• semi-annually
• annually

The reports shall be sent electronically.
