Kacper Grochowina is a chartered accountant and member of the Polish Chamber of Chartered Accountants with more than 10 years of experience in auditing. Previously, he worked for Deloitte for many years, being responsible for audit procedures, including audits, reviews and other assurance services for listed and non-listed companies, as well as verification of internal controls.
At Crowe, Kacper Grochowina will be responsible, inter alia, for the supervision of ongoing audit projects, relations with key clients and the development of services and implementation of new solutions. He will also be accountable for the compliance of conducted activities with the internal quality control system implemented at Crowe, compliant with the ISQM 1 standard.

Kacper Grochowina is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
