35 years ago in Warsaw began the journey that led to the creation of our firm. This is not only a story of our organization’s growth, but also of partnerships with clients and the dedication of our employees. Learn more about this unique path.

First steps

From the beginning, our mission was to support foreign companies entering the Polish market. They needed a partner who understood the local legal and business environment. Over time, we began offering them additional services: HR and payroll, accounting, tax advisory, audit, and consulting. From the very start, we developed in step with our clients’ needs, keeping pace with the transformations of the Polish market and the wider business world.

Shared growth

Many of our clients, whom we remember as small startups, are today large and successful enterprises. We grew alongside them. From a small law office, we have become one of the leading advisory and BPO groups in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Today, we support companies in the most important aspects of running a business. We accompany our clients at every stage of their development - from market entry to international expansion.

What truly sets Crowe apart are its people. Thanks to them, for 35 years we have been a reliable and trustworthy partner to our clients . Over 20% of our team has been with us for two decades -- not only an impressive figure, but above all a testament to mutual trust and shared values. This has provided the foundation for long-term relationships with our clients, many of whom have also worked with us as a trusted partner for twenty years or more.

Over the years, the economy, technology, and market expectations have changed. We too moved forward, expanding our expertise, while always relying on the same foundation - people and relationships. The culture of our firm is built on this foundation, giving us the strength to look to the future with confidence.
