Client

INPLAG is a company operating in the construction and installation sector, delivering projects for industrial and infrastructure clients in Poland and on international markets.

The company develops its business based on high technical standards, execution safety, and environmental and organizational responsibility.

In connection with the implementation of non-financial reporting requirements arising from the CSRD Directive and the ESRS standards, INPLAG initiated a process to structure its ESG-related activities and prepare the organization for future reporting obligations.

Scope of Cooperation


As part of a 9-month cooperation, the Crowe team delivered a project to prepare INPLAG for ESG implementation and reporting in line with ESRS/CSRD requirements.

The project included:

  • a double materiality assessment in accordance with ESRS,
  • mapping of the organization’s value chain (three main stages of activity),
  • identification and analysis of 13 stakeholder groups, including the definition of communication channels,
  • interviews with representatives of key organizational areas,
  • benchmarking and analysis of market practices in the ESG area,
  • development of documents forming the basis for ESG implementation,
  • preparation of an ESG report compliant with ESRS/CSRD,
  • training for the team responsible for coordinating ESG activities.

The project was delivered under a model of ongoing project-based cooperation, including regular working meetings and continuous advisory support from the Crowe team.

  1. Comprehensive preparation of the organization for ESG
  2. The project covered the entire process of preparation for ESG reporting - from diagnosis and double materiality analysis, through internal consultations, to the development of specific documents, indicators, and implementation recommendations.

  3. Structuring ESG activities
  4. As part of the project, a set of 36 KPI indicators was developed and 7 ESG policy areas were defined, forming the basis for the systematic management of environmental, social, and governance topics.

  5. Preparing the team for continued ESG management
  6. The team responsible for ESG was trained in regulatory requirements and practical methods of implementation, enabling further development of ESG activities within the organization.
