Crowe at MMC Poland workshops
On 22-23 June 2022, MMC Poland organised workshops on the rules for shaping remuneration in companies with State Treasury participation. During the event, Małgorzata Górska-Welikan from Crowe Tax Advisory Department presented the changes introduced by the Polish Order 2.0.

The meeting focused on the issue of shaping remuneration policy. The discussion included, among other things, changes to the settlement of contributions under the Polish Order 2.0.

Małgorzata Górska-Welikan, a lawyer from Crowe Tax Advisory Department, addressed such issues as:

  • Calculation of board members' remuneration under the new regulations
  • Calculation of health insurance contributions and income tax
  • Calculation of remuneration including tax reliefs
  • Other changes introduced by the amendment to the Personal Income Tax Act
