The first meeting of the Development Academy for local entrepreneurs took place in Gdynia on the 27th of November 2019. Crowe was one of the organizers of this event.

The Development Academy is a new initiative supported by experts from Crowe, JLL, PM Group, MSLGROUP and 4Synchronicity. The leitmotif of the event in Gdynia was the broad idea of sustainable business growth. During the meeting, experts advised how to effectively support business development at every stage of the organisation's life cycle.

The Development Academy was organized in cooperation with Invest in Pomerania and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Participation in the event was free of charge.

During the event, Tomasz Taff, Group Strategy Advisory Director at Crowe Poland, discussed the conscious use of professional services as a tool promoting growth.

Business development, regardless of the maturity of the organization, is a challenge that requires a lot of resources. The support of a professional external partner not only facilitates the implementation of the desired objectives, but also makes the whole process much more effective. However, maximizing the benefits will not be possible without choosing the right strategy of cooperation with a partner
