Expansion of advisory transaction services focused on the private equity sector in New England
CHICAGO (June 5, 2023) – Crowe LLP has announced a strengthened market focus on the New England private equity sector, led by seasoned advisory transaction services partners Steve Chanyi and Curt Gendron. The expansion of service capabilities to serve the private equity market in the Boston area follows the recent extension of services in California. Crowe advisory services' growth in these key markets will primarily serve clients in the private equity middle market across industries, support the full transaction lifecycle and provide services for longer term post-close value creation.
Chanyi is a 20-year Crowe veteran, whose focus has been on advisory transaction services, including pre-LOI consulting, financial, tax, information technology, and operational due diligence as well as other consulting services such as forensic accounting and integration assessments. Chanyi has led successful deals across industries including technology, software, consumer and industrial products and services (manufacturing, distribution, and professional services), building products, staffing, transportation, retail, healthcare, and financial services.
Gendron has been with Crowe for over nine years with a focus on M&A and strategic transformations. He is an experienced advisor in operational performance improvement, technology implementation and transformation, post-merger integration and advisory support to C-suite leaders. Gendron has established a successful track record of helping strategic and sponsor acquirers assess opportunity and risk pre-close and optimize value post-close through a portfolio of solutions.
