Managing thousands of lease agreements made it difficult to quickly locate key contract terms, identify accounting changes, and prepare for audits. Manual document reviews required significant time and effort, limiting the ability to continuously monitor lease portfolios and respond efficiently to evolving business needs.

Solution

We used Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Azure AI to help automate lease document review and analysis. AI agents extracted and organized lease data, provided citation-backed responses, and helped identify changes that could affect accounting treatment. The solution supported continuous lease monitoring while enabling professionals to focus on higher-value analysis and client service.
