Doug Schrock

As the managing partner of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption for Crowe Advisory LLC, Doug is at the forefront of guiding Crowe clients and the organization through a pivotal transformation. With a career spanning over three decades, he has dedicated himself to advising clients on assessing, adapting to, and implementing transformative and disruptive technologies tied to their business strategy. The application of AI will be a central element of client service delivery and a part of every role across our team of 6,000 professionals across the United States.

Doug’s responsibilities include:

• Growing client-focused AI services, including AI transformation, AI governance, AI data, and AI software implementation
• Expanding utilization of AI into all existing Crowe solutions to help clients and Crowe build enterprise value
• Supporting the firm’s AI technology relationships
• Maintaining adherence to strict governance protocols to enable the firm to implement AI in a responsible way that aligns with its values and is compliant with all applicable regulatory protocols and standards

Doug has served on the board of directors at Crowe and held numerous firmwide leadership roles, which aligns with his typical client relationships, often including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, PE investors, and BOD members. His experience with clients spans many industries, including private equity, healthcare, technology, services, manufacturing and distribution, and the public sector.
