M&A 

We are providing objective unbiased advice on every aspect of the full range of financial transactions. In particular, the M&A team provides advice on managing divestments and acquisitions of companies in atia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.

We have considerable experience and we support our clients throughout the M&A process, where our advisors act as transaction managers at all stages - from initial planning and preparation to closing. They also assist in coordinating the activity of other consultants (tax, legal, etc.) who are involved in the process. In particular, we offer services on preparing documentation, assistance with preparation of the client's financial model, searching for potential buyers / sellers, and conducting due diligence; we can also offer assistance in developing sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), structuring deals and conducting negotiations. Being a part of a global advisory firm, we offer a full spectrum of related services on pre-sale preparation of a business, including tax advisory, transformation of financial reports, and increasing transparency of a business. We also provide post-completion services, including system integration, merging corporate cultures, business planning, etc.

Transaction services

Our Transaction Services team can advise and assist you in managing acquisitions and disposals of businesses in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries. We can support you throughout the entire process, from the initial planning up to the closing of a deal; and after closing, we can assist with the integration or separation of the new business.
