E-communication System with the Courts
According to the Civil Proceedings Act, all legal persons must request access to the so-called e-communication system with the courts, whether they have any court proceeding or not. The e-communication system will be used for sending lawsuits, resolutions, judgements, etc.
The access requires the following:
- obtaining the so-called electronic credential (from FINA, bank, AKD, etc.);
- registration with the internal registry of the Ministry of Justice;
- obtaining a signature certificate (from FINA, AKD, Ministry of Interior Affairs).
The access should be requested no later than September 1st, 2020.
