Yue Kan Holdings Limited (Stock code: 2110) (“Yue Kan”) is a Hong Kong-based marine construction subcontractor specialising in reclamation works supplemented by vessel chartering services and other civil engineering works. We have served as the client's auditor and reporting accountant since May 2018. Our risk advisory team was appointed as independent internal control adviser and engaged in the IPO project to perform internal control review and make recommendations.
