Employee volunteerism

We believe in building value with value by supporting causes our employees care about and strengthening the communities in which we do business. We encourage volunteerism by making it part of the Crowe experience:
  • Our employees can volunteer during the workday
  • Our people met a firmwide challenge to achieve 100K volunteer hours
  • We offer both in-person and virtual volunteering opportunities

The Crowe Foundation

The Crowe Foundation was established to guide the firm’s charitable giving and align contributions with Crowe personnel’s volunteer efforts. This enables our dollars to correlate with the passions of our people. In FY20, the Crowe Foundation, local offices, and the firm made combined charitable contributions totaling $1.5 million.
