Crowe Gives Back Bucks

To demonstrate support for its communities and employee stewardship, the firm committed more than $1.16 million Crowe Gives Back Bucks in 2022 to provide Crowe personnel the opportunity to direct a monetary donation to the cause, charity, or not-for-profit organization of their choice. Our people designated their bucks to more than 2,600 organizations. To further amplify firm giving, Crowe partners made personal gifts to their favorite charities and matched the gifts made by Crowe personnel.

Stewardship Ambassador Network
Volunteering doesn’t just change our communities – it changes our people for the better, allowing them to build a sense of community and purpose. That’s why we care about supporting causes our people care about and strengthening the communities in which we work, live, and play. One way we do this is through our Stewardship Ambassador Network, which gives all our people the opportunity to lead a wide variety of volunteering and giving initiatives.
National not-for-profit sponsorships

Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Crowe has a long history of supporting local Boys & Girls Club of America (BCGA) branches and officially became a national partner in 2021. In 2022, more than 900 Crowe volunteers from 36 offices logged nearly 4,000 volunteer hours with BGCA.

Feeding America
Though we officially became a national partner in 2021, Crowe has supported Feeding America for many years. In 2022, more than 300 employees across 29 Crowe offices volunteered 900+ hours to support Feeding America initiatives, and our financial support helped provide 1.5 million meals to individuals facing food insecurity in the United States.

Crowe Foundation and charitable giving

The Crowe Foundation was established to guide the firm’s charitable giving and empower our people to volunteer in, donate to, and support the communities where we live, work, and play. This involvement enables our dollars to correlate with the passions of our people. In FY22, the Crowe Foundation, local offices, and the firm made combined charitable contributions totaling $2.4 million. Our goal is to increase that contribution to $5 million cumulatively by 2025. The Crowe Foundation provides grants to charitable organizations where our people invest their time, talent, and money, including:

Volunteer grants
We provide grants for eligible organizations where our people volunteer 30 hours or more annually.

Team volunteer grants
We give grants to organizations where three or more of our people volunteer or raise funds for a local charity, and we have than doubled the amount of team grants in 2022.

Board member match
We encourage our people to serve on not-for-profit boards and offer a $3-to-$1 match of their personal financial contributions.

Impact grants
We award grants to not-for-profit organizations where our people demonstrate leadership and team volunteerism.

Disaster relief match
We match donations made by our people, and since 2001, we've contributed more than $750k to disaster relief.

College and university match
We match gifts made by our people to their college alma maters.
