Rachel Cairns is a Manager in the Audit & Advisory Group at Crowe Soberman LLP. She joined the Firm as a Junior Staff Accountant in 2019 and achieved her CPA designation in 2022.

Over the course of her career, Rachel has developed a reputation of being a reliable and technically strong individual capable of delivering exceptional service and results.

She has successfully led multiple audit engagements for diverse clients, ranging from not-for-profit organizations to TSX-listed companies. Her attention to detail enables her to approach complex auditing and accounting processes with precision, ensuring accurate financial analysis and compliance with regulatory standards.

Rachel has a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams. With a focus on building strong interpersonal relationships and promoting a positive work culture, she is committed to the development and growth of the profession.
