Lauren Becker is the Director of Professional Development at Crowe Soberman.
She manages CPA student recruitment; oversees all staff training and professional development; in addition to leading the firm’s internal Common Final Examination (CFE) program.
With over ten years of accounting experience, Lauren’s background includes working at both international and mid-sized accounting firms. She has extensive experience in training and development, recruitment, private mid-market audit methodology, tools and templates as well as audit and accounting standards.
Lauren knew very early on in her career that her true passion lies in education and talent management. She enjoys helping both professional and administrative staff reach their full potential by developing all the necessary skills and knowledge to meet client and business requirements, as well as personal growth goals. Lauren also takes great pride in helping students pass the rigorous CFE exam, often feeling as nervous as her students while awaiting results! Lauren’s dedication to mentorship and helping others grow in their careers is what sets her apart from the rest.
