Daniela Tornerio

Daniela is a Senior Manager on the People Team at Crowe Soberman, supporting the Tax team throughout the employee life cycle. Her responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, process improvement initiatives, and the procurement of research tools. She also serves as Health and Safety Chair and is currently working toward her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. 

Daniela enjoys the variety and complexity of her role. Known for her approachable and compassionate nature, as well as her calm presence, she builds strong relationships and develops practical solutions to everyday challenges. She is committed to fostering the firm's culture and supporting the personal and professional growth of others.
