On October 31, 2025, a Court order was granted naming Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all the assets, undertakings and property of Nuage Foam Inc. and 1324236 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”) on October 31, 2025. The Companies operated out of Delta, British Columbia as foam mattress manufacturers.
The Receiver is currently offering for sale the property located at 6455 64th Street, B.C., Canada, in accordance with the Receivership Order, with NAI Commercial acting as the listing broker.
