On November 18, 2025, Crowe MacKay & Company Ltd. was appointed as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all the assets, undertakings, and property of Columbia St. Liquor Store Inc., 0765399 B.C. Ltd. and 1233538 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”). The Companies operated liquor stores out of New Westminster and Vancouver, as well as a gas station in Delta, British Columbia.

On December 12, 2025, Baljeet Kaur Bains, Sukhvinder Singh Bains and Dilpreet Singh Bains (the "Applicants") made an application to the Court to approve, among other things:
The hearing took place at 9:45am in Vancouver, on December 18, 2025, and the Court granted the discharge of the Receiver over the assets and undertakings of Columbia St. Liquor Store Inc. and 1233538 B.C.
