On March 20, our Vancouver office was buzzing with energy as we opened our doors to students from local universities for an exciting Open House event! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with curious minds eager to explore what life at our firm is really like.
Guests were invited to visit seven interactive stations set up throughout the office, each offering a unique look into different aspects of our world. From discovering our diverse service lines and learning about our CFE program, to picking up valuable tips on crafting standout resumes, mastering interview techniques, and building meaningful professional networks, there was something for everyone.
It wasn’t just about the information, though. This event gave students the chance to connect one-on-one with our passionate professionals, ask candid questions, and get real, insider perspectives on navigating a career in our dynamic industry. A definite highlight of the day was hearing from our very own “Crowe-grown” CEO, Stefan Ferris, whose inspiring journey and words of advice left the room feeling motivated and optimistic about the future.
With plenty of great conversations, a few laughs, and even some impromptu mentorship moments along the way, the Open House was a fantastic reminder of the power of community and the importance of investing in the next generation of talent. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
