Tony is a Fellow of the Global Risk Management Institute, holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) Designation, is a Fellow Certified Insurance Professional and past recipient of the Don Stuart Award by RIMS Canada for his contribution to the risk management profession in Canada. Tony continues to be an active member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS). Before entering the field of risk management, Tony spent 20 years in property and casualty insurance with a focus on claims management. Since he retired from Carleton University in 2022 Tony has acted as Principal of his own company TL Risk Solutions.
