IT Controls Auditing and Advisory

• Led walkthroughs for the risk and control component of financial audits for multiple clients. Developed test procedures, completed testing, and documented testing for general IT controls and IT application controls.

• Assisted in testing business process controls and general IT controls to support control narratives for SOC reports.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Developed and deployed a Salesforce build, which included designing and building reports and data structure, to support an international program for start-ups.

Forensics Investigations

• Assisted in the investigation to determine the validity of allegations against a Not-for-Profit Organization. Analyzed invoices, bank statements, general ledgers, vendor statements, and e-mail extracts as part of the investigation.

• Analyzed loss quantification claims for motor vehicle accident litigation cases and prepared reports to support legal counsel as an expert witness.

• Performed effectiveness reviews over AML programs to provide observations and recommendations in line with FINTRAC requirements.
