John comes to Crowe MacKay with 25 years of industry and accounting experience. He has a proven track record in helping small businesses and entrepreneurs build and transform their businesses into successful and profitable entities. John has helped many businesses with M&A, debt and capital financing, restructuring, wealth management, and compliance. He is always looking for proactive ways to help small businesses and entrepreneurs solve problems.

John has served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of both public and private companies in the manufacturing and Oil and Gas industries. His experiences and education have provided him with a cross-functional background in operational and financial management as well as accounting for both the private and public sector.
