Holgren’s specialization is on public company audits, primarily in the junior mining industry, but also experience in the consumer products, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals sectors. He has assisted lawyers and clients with initial public offerings,  prospectus offerings, filing statements and provided other services including payroll and review of the design and implementation of internal controls.
