Hilda Leung

As a Partner at Crowe MacKay LLP, Hilda works closely with her clients and lawyers on initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, spinout transactions, and other regulatory filing documents. Her practice is focused on junior public company audits in a variety of industries including mining, health and life sciences, and clean-technology.  

Hilda has experience in designing and implementing audit programs, assisting clients with IPOs, reverse takeovers, spin-out transactions, filing statements, and other regulatory requirements. With a strong understanding of accounting cycles, procedures, and internal controls, Hilda can identify key audit risks and significant audit issues and report to those charged with governance. She has extensive experience in researching and documenting complex accounting issues.
