Position Profile:

As an Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial statements, including formatting, updating, processing, tracking, etc.
  • Preparing corporate tax and trust returns for clients
  • Invoicing
  • Processing general correspondence
  • Ensuring proactive and efficient communication with partners and managers
  • General administrative support
  • Other related clerical duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience at an accounting, professional services firm (an asset);
  • Fluently bilingual in English & French (oral and written);
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as the capacity to learn and adapt to new software;
  • Knowledge of Tax Prep, Case Ware, Case View and DT Practice (an asset);
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (February to April and June).
