We are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our Tax Group who is willing to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will facilitate communication between managers and partners while fulfilling their administrative mandates.

Position Profile
- Prepare tax memos, including formatting, updating, adding, processing, tracking, etc.
- General correspondence, typing correspondence
- Finalizing corporate tax and trust returns
- General administrative support
- Invoicing and collecting
- Ensure proactive and efficient communication with partners and managers
- Miscellaneous projects
- Other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant
- Experience at an accounting, professional services firm (an asset)
- Fluently bilingual in English & French (oral and written)
- Post-secondary education in administration or accounting or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as the desire and the ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of Tax Prep, Case Ware, Case View (an asset)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A detail-oriented individual
- Collaborative and team-focused
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (February to April)
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, be discreet and diplomatic
