Celine Anne Flote

Celine Anne Flote, an adept professional in Human Resources, joined Crowe BGK in March of 2024. With a diverse background touching on various aspects of HR, including HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Disability Management, Employee Wellness, HR Project Management, Benefits Administration, and Payroll, Celine has earned a reputation as a versatile practitioner.

In her role as Advisor, People & Culture at Crowe BGK, Celine leverages six years of HR experience to focus on recruiting for internships, junior roles, and temporary positions. Her passion for collaboration and relationship building shines through as she forges meaningful connections with university partners across Montreal and Ottawa.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Celine is dedicated to ongoing development. She served as a Mentor for the UBC Arts Co-op Students’ Association (ACSA) for two years, held the position of HR and Admin Associate for Young Women in Business (YWiB), and is presently an active member of Monday Girl Social Club, a private networking association for professional women.
