With over 14 years of professional experience across payroll management, background verification, and client services, Sapna Srivastava leads the operations of the Payroll and Background Verification service lines at Crowe UAE.

She plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end payroll operations for clients across diverse industries, ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws, WPS regulations, and internal governance standards. Sapna’s expertise lies in designing efficient payroll structures, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices that enhance accuracy, confidentiality, and client satisfaction.

She also oversees the Background Verification (BGV) function, handling complex screening requirements and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that support clients in making informed hiring decisions.

As a senior leader, Sapna provides strategic direction to the service lines she manages, guiding and mentoring her team to deliver consistent service excellence. She is known for her hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and ability to drive collaboration between departments to achieve organizational goals.

Before joining Crowe UAE, Sapna worked with reputed organizations such as CRIF GULF (Dun & Bradstreet UAE), JPMorgan Chase & Co., Convergys, and Wipro, gaining valuable experience in data research, customer service, and operations management. Her diverse background and leadership capabilities have been instrumental in building efficient teams and fostering long-term client relationships at Crowe.

An MBA in Human Resource Management from Mumbai University, Sapna is known for her strategic thinking and dedication to strengthening client relationships through efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
