Dr. Hrubey is a principal in the consulting group at Crowe and has more than 30 years of experience guiding innovation-based companies from discovery through commercialization. She assists clients around the world by leading and assessing complex business process development efforts in areas including data protection and privacy, ethics and compliance, transparency-related reporting, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
Dr. Hrubey has specific experience with developing global ethics and compliance programs, including the selection of key personnel, training and development, and engaging leadership. Additionally, she has led efforts to work with legal counsel and regulators including the DOJ, FTC, OIG/HHS, SEC, and international data protection authorities on enhancements of global ethics and compliance programs.
