Mike has more than 15 years of experience providing services related to state and federal income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes under FASB ASC 740 and under certain tax positions. His experience also includes consulting on compliance with various federal and state income tax credits, including low-income housing tax credits and the New Markets Tax Credit Program.
