Dale opened the Crowe DNA firm in September 2017. Prior to going in to private and professional practice Dale worked for Standard Bank of South Africa, (Africa’s largest Banking Group), a career that spanned 25 years, where he fullfilled various senior leadership roles in both Operations, Human Resources and Retail Banking. Dale has worked across various regions of Africa, which includes having completed a 4 year expatriate assignment in West Africa (living out of Lagos, Nigeria and Accra Ghana for 4 years).

Key areas of professional interest include strategic planning, organisational design, operational restucturing, change management, leadership development and Labour law.
