Admin & HR Officer
- Working with a company’s audit & tax departments to assist management in understanding and implementing procedures and policies.
- Active involvement in the recruitment process, including liaising with relevant industries.
- Administering the company payroll and ensuring employee records are maintained.
- Planning and delivering training, including the inductions of new staff.

Payroll and Recruitment Senior Officer:
- Prepare monthly payrolls, social contributions, taxes payments and declarations to the local authorities.
- Follow up on the end of contract dates for all employees, and monitor the process of extending contracts, notification, and termination and ensure the timely update on HR software.
- Check the bases’ HR statistics and elaborate the mission’s HR indicators.
- Supervise the HR Assistant dealing with HR files in case of audits, and HR reports to the authorities
- Processes settlement of applications for the reimbursement of travel expenses.
- Maintains assets inventory in coordination with the administrator (procurement).
