Experience

• Baha has more than 13 years of experience in overall management of national assignments on the field of tax accounting and tax auditing in general and specialized industries. He practiced the profession of auditing and tax accounting for many years with many of accounting companies. 
• He has experience in auditing of international companies, taxation and financial accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS. He was responsible for audits of companies in such industries as: Manufacturing, Trading and Financial sector.
• He occupied critical positions in KPMG Yemen audit firm during his employment with the firm for 4 years. 
• He also worked for Grant Thornton - Yemen for 5 months as a tax advisory expert.
• During his activity he led a lot of audit engagements projects, including audit of Public Interest Entities and Owner-Managed Businesses, was responsible for risk assessment, determining audit scope, allocation of team members, report writing, presentation of results to clients and led engaged teams during assignments.
