My role focuses on driving client acquisition and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.

Collaborating with teams across the wider firm as well as intermediaries to solidify Crowe FPUK’s reputation as a trusted advisor across various channels.

What is important to me when delivering client service?

Clarity, accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. Client communications need to be clear, accurate and provide the correct information.

Responding promptly and streamlining processes so they are effective and easy to navigate. These elements are crucial for excellent service.

What I enjoy most about my role.
Working in a supportive and friendly team. Each day is different, and I enjoy the variety of work, learning new things, and gaining an educational understanding of how to approach my own financial planning, as well as hopefully making a difference in supporting the team.
