I began my Financial Services career in 2005 with a well-established IFA practice, starting in a sales support role. Over nine years, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Financial Planning administration through supporting up to three Consultants at any one time. I was proud to have been recognised with three promotions during my time culminating in becoming a Senior Client Experience Executive.

In my next career move in 2014, I joined a franchise of one of the country's largest Financial Services companies as Practice Manager and Paraplanner. Over seven years at this firm, I was able to advance to Operations Manager, implementing training plans, managing workflows, processing revenue, whilst supporting the only Partner at the practice.

In 2021, I took the decision to transition to another larger franchise as Senior Adviser Support Associate, collaborating with the Managing Partner to support clients and working closely with the Head of Operations to establish processes, procedures, and team training. Following a change in office location and the opportunity to work for a fully independent IFA practice I was delighted to secure my role with Crowe Financial Planning as Senior Client Support Coordinator in March 2025.
