After university, I started in customer service for a major product provider in 2011, answering queries on pensions, bonds, endowments and protection policies (I had very little knowledge about what a pension was before this, let alone the rest!).
In 2014, I moved to a small IFA and became a Group Benefit Administrator. Then in 2016, I joined Crowe Financial Planning UK Limited as an Associate Paraplanner where I completed my Diploma in Financial Planning and became a Paraplanner.
