I have over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. I began in the mortgage advice sector and gradually transitioned into the IFA space, where I’ve continued to grow professionally. Over the years, I’ve completed various industry exams to stay informed about the evolving products and services we offer. 

In my previous role, I worked for a well-established IFA firm, where I helped manage a team of administrators, paraplanners, and advisers. I embraced this as a challenge and gained valuable leadership and operational experience. Working with diverse teams has strengthened my understanding of client service, compliance, and the importance of collaboration.

Due to recently being offered redundancy, I decided to take a new opportunity with Crowe Financial Planning, which has recently won various awards for its services and offers great customer care. In August 2025, I joined the team as a Senior Client Support Coordinator where I look forward to applying my skills and contributing to their continued success.
