I started working in financial services in February 1999. I started work as an administrator at Prudential, where I obtained my initial qualifications. I left Prudential to work at an IFA in July 2001. I have worked for several companies over the years and joined Crowe Financial Planning UK Limited in April 2019.

What’s the best thing about Crowe Financial Planning?

The people and also the work (typically more challenging due to the nature of our clients).

The focus is on true financial planning rather on concentrating on moving one plan to another.

Tell me about your role?

I am a paraplanner and work with Miles Clarke.

I have a range of duties, but typically assist him with his clients (research, analysis, report writing etc).

What is important to me when delivering client service?

Treating clients how I would like to be treated (or as a member of my family).

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy the variety (every case is different) and helping clients sort out their financial affairs and achieve their objectives.

What matters to you most in three words?

Honesty, integrity and fairness.
