Ramon F. Garcia, Managing Partner

Ramon F. Garcia

A born leader with more than 45 years of experience in public accounting and a marketing expert with superb skills in consultancy and trade, Ramon F. Garcia is on the top of his game in directing the company to a continuous journey for excellence. A graduate of Master in Business Administration in Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business, he has proved to be one of the bests in being diligent and effective on different fields of expertise that include taxation, auditing, finance, budgeting, strategic planning, and other business advisory services.

From being a consistent scholar during college to being a one-man accounting team, and now the highest overseer of his own company, he extends the reach of his network through sharing his knowledge and capabilities to various affiliations in the industry. A resource speaker and professional instructor, he served as the national president of Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice in 2004 and became the executive vice president of Philippine Marketing Association in 1996 to 1997. To date, he is an incumbent council member of Auditing and Assurance Standards Council, a standard-setting group for auditing in the country.

Josefino F. Garcia, Founding Partner (Head - Human Resources)

Imbued with competence in general accounting services and corporate management from his in-depth experience in different professional areas, Josefino F. Garcia is one of the company’s pillars of success ever since its formation of partnership in 1982. Having an MBA degree from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, his dedication and passion in building a well-established accounting firm, alongside with his brother and company founder Ramon, resulted to a big name and a sought-after group in the Philippines.

Currently a National Director of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, his significant areas of expertise comprise of business assurance, tax planning, feasibility and industry studies, evaluation and planning of accounting information, and budgeting.

Nhorie L. Paguio, Senior Partner (Head - Finance and Accounting)

Nhorie L. Paguio is a success story herself with a 34-year solid background in the field of accounting—which revolves around taxation, budgetary control system, strategic planning, and team building. Having graduated as a Cum Laude and having completed a management development program in Asian Institute of Management, she started as RFG & CO’s junior auditor in 1988. The year 2000 became a stepping stone for her to a greater challenge in her blossoming career, as she was befitted as one of the partners of the accounting firm.

Managing a pool of several staff members and catering to more than 100 clients, she has dedicated her entire professional commitment to RFG & CO and has offered her abilities that she developed from trainings abroad and hands-on work in the local

setting to fulfill due work obligations for several industries, such as manufacturing, technology, real estate, and mining.

Ting I. Samonte, Senior Partner (Head - Admin)

Gearing towards her 36-year milestone in the field of accounting, Lilibeth I. Samonte, or fondly called as “Ting,” worked with the credible team of RFG & CO for more than a decade. She pursued academic excellence in her college days when she graduated as a Cum Laude at University of Sto. Tomas, and then later on finished as a gold medalist for her master’s degree in business administration at Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business. A former director and presently active in Philippine Marketing Association, Lilibeth’s areas of competence have a wide coverage from financial management and controllership to business assurance, international and fraud audit, implementation of design systems, tax services, and corporate reorganization.

Firm since year 2000. She has over 21 years of professional experience with various leadership and technical trainings attended locally and abroad which made her to fulfill her due work to audit various industries particularly on retailers, restaurants, manufacturing, advertising, schools, foundation, real estate, banks, insurance, broker and dealer of securities,

business outsourcing and other service industries. She handled engagements such as para-legal services, financial and business advisory services, tax services,

financial reporting, internal audit, and tax due diligence audit. She also facilitates various in-house technical trainings such as Philippine Standards on Quality Control 1, and Philippine Standards on Auditing and Accounting. She is a member of the Management Operations Committee of the Firm, Partner for Quality Assurance & Management, and Head of Strategic Planning Group. She is a graduate of Masters in Business Administration, Regis Program, at the Ateneo De Manila

University-Graduate School of Business and an active member and an officer of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Christopher C. Alcantara, Partner (Head - Talent Attraction and Professional Staff Development)

Mr. Christopher C. Alcantara had attended various trainings and seminars, both local and international and have expertise on the areas of assurance services, agreed upon-procedures, taxation & consultancy services, paralegal services, and several fraud investigations. His experience covers various industries, especially manufacturing, wholesale and retail

distribution, religious and charitable organizations, professionals, real estate and construction, hospitals, healthcare, banking, insurance, schools, animation,

food and beverages, retail industries, and service companies. He is also an accredited tax practitioner handling various tax engagements such as but not

limited to tax due diligence, tax planning, tax ruling, and tax investigation of all revenue taxes. Mr. Alcantara finished his bachelor’s degree as Cum Laude at Baliuag University and completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business.

Atty. Jordan Fresco, CPA, is acclaimed for his proficiency in tax, advisory, and law, with over 13 years of exemplary service at RFG & Co. He graduated Cum Laude from Bicol University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and later advanced his career by studying law at Arellano University, leading to his admission to the bar in 2022. Atty. Fresco's expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including auditing, tax planning, compliance, and advisory, catering to sectors such as insurance, logistics, healthcare, and mining.

His outstanding performance and unwavering dedication culminated in his admission as a partner at RFG & Company in March 2023. Atty. Fresco is not only lauded for his technical skills but also for his commitment to keeping pace with the latest advancements in his field, ensuring that he provides the most up-to-date and high-quality services to his clients.
