Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs (RFGCO) is an accountancy and consultancy firm based in the Philippines with a legally registered general professional partnership that has been operating for many years now with five areas of expertise in accounting and finance services—audit, tax, advisory, risk, and outsource.  Established in March 1981, Ramon F. Garcia primarily founded the firm as a solo practice after gaining professional experience from then Big 8 accounting firm for several years and earning the remarkable trust of its valued clients. A year after its formation, the solo practice was reorganized as a partnership called Garcia De Castro & Co. In May 1988, it was officially launched as Ramon F. Garcia and Company.  The business endeavour flourished from an innate desire of Ramon F. Garcia to create a great group of accountants who will render excellent and credible services. Together with Josefino F. Garcia, the supportive brother of Ramon F. Garcia, RFGCO had tied its business knots with another set of passionate and well-experienced individuals as the company had grown into a globally competitive team of professionals
in the present time.

The leaders' eye for notable success helped RFGCO become a competitive company in aiming for better opportunities and more innovative concepts. In 2008, Crowe Global (Formerly Crowe Horwath International), a global accounting network with over 150 independent accounting and advisory services firms around the world, welcomed RFGCO as one of its members that mutually adheres to its core values and worldwide reputation in quality and service. As Crowe Global plays a big role as the industry’s unique alternative to the big four, RFGCO also continues the challenge to be better and to be the chosen partner of clients here in the Philippines.

RFGCO also takes pride of its medium-sized firm, with over a hundred well chosen and proficient staff members. The company inculcates the importance of aiming for excellence in every single task. RFG & CO also dedicates time for spiritual and values formation activities, which contribute to the career advancement and character foundation of the employees. Through on-going technical trainings and annual development programs, the knowledge, skills and camaraderie of the staff are being enhanced.

From professional and independent opinions to information systems security reviews and operational analysis, RFGCO commits all its best knowledge and effective resources to attain the goal of its clientele.
