CHICAGO (Oct. 24, 2023) – Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm has been named to the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ list. This is Crowe’s third appearance on the prestigious list, which is based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 600,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified® companies.

According to Fortune and Great Place to Work, organizations were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, race, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers. Crowe has a long history of supporting and empowering women to succeed, as demonstrated by its Women Leading@Crowe (WL@C) programming.

“WL@C continues to drive recruitment, retention and advancement efforts by bringing together women across various stages of their careers. Through professional development programming and peer-to-peer networks, it fosters opportunities for all women to connect and support one another personally and professionally,” said Alicia Tricker-Antonetti, Crowe global talent acquisition and workforce planning leader and WL@C council chair. “Through our ‘Grow’ programming, we also help senior managers develop leadership skills to take their careers to the next level and strengthen Crowe’s leadership pipeline. Over 95% of the graduates from our completed ‘Grow’ classes have gone on to become partners or directors.”

In 2022, Crowe also launched its Lift As We Climb forums, bringing together early-career Black female professionals with Black female partners to establish deep connections while fostering community and support. The program has since expanded to connect early-career Latina professionals with Latina partners as well.

“As we deepen our DEI efforts to be more responsive and impactful, we’re creating new ways to engage and connect our diverse colleagues across Crowe,” said Rachael Gibson, Crowe chief diversity, equity & inclusion officer. “It’s imperative that we make these connections to inspire early-career females, allowing them to learn from the leadership journeys of others and see the career and leadership opportunities for them as women of color at Crowe.”

Beyond WL@C and Lift As We Climb, Crowe provides benefits to help all employees thrive inside and outside of work, including flexible time off policies, volunteer programs and resources to support their physical, emotional and financial well-being. Thanks to these benefits and others, nearly 90% of women at Crowe feel encouraged to balance their work life and personal life, according to Great Place To Work survey results.
