CHICAGO (Sep. 7, 2023) – Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm in the U.S. with offices around the world, has been named to the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list. This list highlights the top 25 firms based on analysis of survey responses from over 127,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the consulting and professional services industry.

“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized again as a leading workplace among our peers, and it speaks volumes to our positive culture and deep commitment to our people, clients, communities and profession,” said Crowe CEO Mark Baer. “It's our people who shared their honest feedback and it’s our people who make Crowe a truly special place by living the firm’s values and purpose of a better tomorrow. The significance of our inclusion on this list is not lost on me.”

“We are deeply committed to our people and the industries that we serve,” said Josh Cole, Managing Partner, Consulting. “Our inclusion on the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list is testament to our entrepreneurial and growth culture, and our collective focus to deliver amazing experiences and outcomes for our clients.”

The Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list is highly competitive and based on employee survey responses reflecting a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. The 25 firms were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation or work status.

Crowe employees attribute many firmwide policies and people-focused initiatives to making Crowe a great place to work and a place to find a meaningful, rewarding career, including:
  • Mobility and flexibility: Since January 2016, well before the pandemic, Crowe pioneered the hybrid work model and relaxed dress guidelines we’ve come to know within the industry today.
  • Well-being and benefits: The firm defines well-being as physical, mental and financial health – as well as an employee’s relationships and connections within their community. Crowe has many benefits and policies in place to support the well-being of its people so they can flourish, personally and professionally.
  • Sustainability: The firm’s growth is built upon the success of its people and sustainable stewardship of the company. For Crowe, sustainability means collectively making choices today that will allow all – its people, its clients and its communities – to thrive now and well into the future.
  • Innovation: Crowe’s collaborative working environment and infrastructure support its innovative culture and investment in growth opportunities. To date, the firm has funded more than 100 projects/solutions stemming from employees’ ideas, seven of which are now patented products.
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion: DEI is woven into the fabric of everything Crowe does, as it works to drive equitable practices and representation within the firm and its profession. The firm issued its first DEI transparency report in February 2022 where it declared its goals to increase firm representation across multiple facets of the firm (people and business) by 25% by 2025.
