The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, signed into law on Dec. 27, 2020, provides the latest round of COVID-19 relief, including several amendments to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which was first introduced under the CARES Act in March 2020.  These amendments include the introduction of second draw loans and additional provisions that may impact the forgiveness status of first draw PPP loans made under CARES Act.  As lenders strive to stay informed and provide exceptional customer service surrounding the PPP, this webinar recording highlights key changes to the program for both loan forgiveness and the new round of funding for loan originations.
