Federal energy tax credits and incentives for not-for-profit organizations
Federal energy tax credits and incentives, part II

Crowe recently hosted a two-part webinar series focused on the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) and the related energy incentives for not-for-profit organizations.

These events brought specialists together from the Crowe exempt organization tax team and the federal tax consulting team to share valuable insights and updates specifically tailored to not-for-profit organizations. The sessions included information on the impact of the IRA on not-for-profit organizations, the guidance published, and the prefiling registration process, as well as a closer look at provisions that resulted in significant incentives for not-for-profit organizations.

The first event provided a breakdown of the federal energy tax credits and incentives that now are accessible to not-for-profits, and the second event offered a closer look at Sections 48E, 45, and 179D, as well as an understanding of the elective payment election process.

We invite you to explore the recordings from the sessions held during the event to access a wealth of practical insights that can help your organization learn and grow.
